Join us for a delicious evening of culinary instruction, connection and nourishment for your mind, body and soul at Hush's Spring Cooking Soiree.

Chef Via Melissa, a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, Nutritional Chef and Certified Nutrition & Wellness Counselor will lead a small, intimate group of cooking enthusiasts to prepare a delectable, nourishing and healthy meal just in time for Spring.

The featured menu includes,

- arugula salad with lemon dressing, heirloom tomatoes, pistachios, cucumbers and artichoke hearts

- gluten-free pasta with vegan cilantro pesto

- zucchini succotash

- chocolate mint avocado mousse

(All dishes are gluten and dairy-free and prepared using natural ingredients with no processed sugar)

Whether you are a beginner, expert or somewhere in between, you'll enjoy this holistic culinary experience that will educate and entertain.

Ticket price includes a Hush gift card valued at $25 that can be used for Hush services (excludes practitioner services & retail merchandise)

Chef Via Melissa is a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (CNE), Nutritional Chef and Certified Nutrition & Wellness Counselor (CNWC). She is the authoer of "Let's Dine In: Healthy Recipes & Tips to Minimize Your Shopping Trips" (2020), and the owner of Via's Kitchen, a personal chef and catering company that focuses on clean, allergen friendly food. Her services include event catering, dinner parties, cooking classes, live demos and receipe development.

When she's not in the ktichen, Chef Melissa can be seen making guest appearances on Dr. Oz, in additon to being published in the likes of the New York Times, Forbes and Readers Digest to name a few. She has executed over 300 events and has been in the media over 100 times for her culinary nutrition and expertise. Her passion as a chef is to create healthy dishes with a modern twist using the cleanest ingredients, while focusing on nutirition, flavor and presentation and an emphasis on gluten and dairy free cuisine.
