This Sound Bath integrates the ancient mineral healing practices of Hush's Himalayan Salt Room while resonating with healing vibrations for your mind, body and soul. Sound Baths have significant healing properties, bathing you in sound waves that help to manage anxiety and stress, soothe the nervous system and create calmness. The experience allows you to pause and naturally transform negative thoughts from your consciousness as you connect with the healing vibrations for your mind, body and soul. The experience will leave you feeling restored and revitalized.

A mechanical engineer by trade, Kiki evolved into a wellness practitioner due to her desire to understand the human body and mind on a biodynamic level. Throughout time spent living in New York, Boston and Los Angeles, she has developed her practice over the past decade to what it is today. She loves to travel and continue to learn, integrating along the way.

Her credentials include 200 hour E-RYT Yoga Alliance certified since 2017 at Love Yoga in Venice, CA. Katonah Yoga certified since 2022. And completion of Sound School with David Shemesh and Alexandre Tannous in 2021. Kiki's dedication to yoga and meditation sprouts from her passion of enhancing one’s well-being, transcending time and suffering; starting with her own life experience and journey of health and love.

Kiki's classes, workshops and retreats embody eccentric and creative elements, encouragement to connect with the Self. Her curated flows consist of grounding and fluidity, a dance of movement, breath and stillness.

With intention to weave in sweetness to the everyday happenings of life, Kiki hopes to have an impact on the lives of many through her yoga and sound experiences.
